Master's Degree Program

Plan of acceptance for 2014: non-budget (full-time and distance forms of education)
Educational fee: 60000 rubles a year (distance form of education), 130000 rubles a year (full-time form of education).

The uniqueness of the master's program is a specialized set of taught disciplines aimed at practical and theoretical comprehension by means of comparative study with similar legal regulations of a number of foreign countries.

Each training semester is a complete grade level, and provides each undergraduate with a certificate confirming the additional education in the specific field of activity, which admits him to the practice.

The basic training subjects Civil Law, Family Law and Private International Law implement the commitment of the State to engage in public management various democratic social institutions and emphasize significance and prospect of development of Self-regulatory organizations in various fields. Great attention is given to the study of contractual relationship.

The subject International Private Law is concerned with the issues of expanded international trade, economic, scientific and technical, and cultural cooperation.

The Master’s Program “Civil Law, Family Law, International Private Law” absorbs all achievements of scientific thought in the field of education. The organization of the training process allows acquiring knowledge by using of a distant electronic resource.

Students can strengthen their theoretical knowledge by practice and promoting their proposals in published articles in print editions, and/or posting them online on the homepage of the Institute of Politics, Law, and Social Development.
