PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The master's program “Organization of the state and civil service (municipal service)" is aimed for training of professionals for the public civil service of the Russian Federation, municipal services for state and municipal organizations, institutions and enterprises, research and educational organizations in the sphere of state and municipal administration, political parties, social-political and non-profit organizations.
All teachers of this program are experienced practitioners carrying out their professional work in government agencies, large commercial and public organizations. In addition to a masters degree program graduates have the opportunity to receive a diploma of professional retraining "state and municipal management", diploma mini-MPA, as well as certificates of advanced training in selected areas. Organization of educational process allows you to obtain the necessary theoretical knowledge in the field of organization of the state civil service and municipal service using remote technologies without discontinuing work. Practice and training in the bodies of state power and local self-government, large commercial and public organizations allow to develop the necessary practical skills.
