- unique bases of practice (analytic centres, consulting agencies, institutions of authorities and civil society) provide with high professional mobility, a possibility to become an analyst, a consultant, a manager;
- involvement of the interns in the process of studying; deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of Russian Federation, political consultants, chief managers of advertising companies, representatives from political parties share the experience, making the process to the highest extent close to the real political process;
- application of intensive forms of studying; in the studying process we follow the principle: from action to understanding and knowledge. Simulation exercises, modeling of problem situations, master classes, trainings, case analysis make studying dynamic, involving and oriented to practice, they let develop independence, creativity of mentality.

2. A unique network of partners
- training of Bachelors and Masters in accordance with requirements of the employer; Rosmolodezh, our biggest political parties are our partners, and interaction with them lets our student take part in preparation and realization of such all-Russian projects, as youth educational forum Seliger. Also due to our partners students can get managing experience in political and election campaign, build a successful career, get higher education competitive at the labour market and which answers the demand of the employer;
- the model of social producing: from the first day of studying our partners accompany students’ project activity and give corrective assistance, including the network of partners and getting opportunities for their own business.
- open lectures and master classes of foreign specialists from the USA and Europe: during the process of studying they allow to take into account world standards and novelties and to adapt them to Russian practice; best students have a possibility of internship in foreign Universities and companies which specialize in the same field.

As opposed to other universities, which form the environment for training a political scientist or researcher, our educational model has an absolutely different aim: we have the base of real partners and employers, but not potential ones.
