Forum Seliger

All-Russian Youth Educational Forum "Seliger'' has been held since 2005. The Federal Agency on Youth Affairs of the Russian Federation  is in charge of organizing and conducting of the Forum. In 2009, the Forum was held as one of the most significant events of the "Year of Youth", which attracted about 50,000 young people, almost 20,000 of them were trained by the programs specially designed for the Forum by the specialists of SMSUH - "Design of the Projects" and "Russia and the Modern World".  The participants of the Forum also had the opportunity to meet the experts, the representatives of the government and business.


The eight thematic schemes are held in the course of the forum:


• Zvorykinskaya (innovation and technical creativity)
• You are an eneterpreneur (youth entrepreneurship )
• Tolerance
• Information flow (Journalism)
• Leadership (Politics)
• Technology of the good (volunteering)
• Art Parade (creativity)
• Tourism

The first international session was organized in 2010 and brought together the participants from 89 countries of the World.
While being held the forum was attended by such important visitors as:
D.A. Medvedev, V.V. Putin, V. Mutko, R. Nurgaliyev, V. Zhirinovsky, N. Mikhalkov, M. Prokhorov, E. Yevtushenko and others.
